Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

  • “Company”, “We”, “Us,” and “Our” – Refer to Albert Chauffeur, including its employees, representatives, affiliates, and subcontractors.
  • “Client,” “You,” “Your” – Refers to any individual or entity utilizing our chauffeur services.
  • “Services” – Refers to the transportation and related services provided by Albert Chauffeur.

2. Booking and Confirmation

2.1 Booking Process – Clients can make reservations through our website, by phone, or via email. A booking is considered confirmed once you receive a confirmation email detailing the service specifics.

2.2 Client Responsibility – The client must verify the accuracy of the booking details upon receipt of the confirmation.

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 Pricing – All prices are quoted in GBP (£) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Additional charges may apply for services such as waiting time, extra stops, or deviations from the planned route.

3.2 Payment Terms – Payments can be made via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other methods as agreed upon at the time of booking. Full payment is typically required upon confirmation unless alternative arrangements have been made.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

4.1 Cancellation by Client – Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled service incur no penalty. Cancellations within 72 hours may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the total booking cost.

4.2 Cancellation by Company – We reserve the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather or vehicle issues. In such cases, clients will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

5. Client Responsibilities

5.1 Conduct – Clients are expected to behave in a manner that ensures the safety and comfort of the chauffeur and vehicle. We reserve the right to terminate services without a refund if a client’s behaviour is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

5.2 Damage – Clients are financially responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle due to their actions or negligence.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 Service Interruptions – While we strive for punctuality, Albert Chauffeur is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as traffic conditions or weather events.

6.2 Personal Belongings – Clients are responsible for their personal items. We are not liable for loss or damage to belongings left in our vehicles.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal data collected during the booking process is used solely for providing our services and is handled in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Amendments

Albert Chauffeur reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
